Due to the nature of food and consumable products, Sudhamrutam follows a strict but
fair return policy.
1. Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged or leaked
Incorrect product delivered
Product is expired at the time of delivery
To be eligible:
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Product must be unused and in original packaging
Photo/video evidence may be required
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened, consumed, or tampered food products are not eligible for return due to hygiene
and safety reasons.
3. Refunds
Once approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refund timelines: 7–10 working days
Alternatively, at our discretion, a replacement or store credit may be offered.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not
permitted.
